About Amaris
Amaris Catering was built from my experience as a chef and my love for creating food that people truly enjoy. After over two decades in the culinary industry, I moved into catering and realized that’s where I felt most at home. I loved the ever changing menus, the collaboration with clients, and the ability to create something specific to each experience.Founded in 2017, Amaris Catering was built on that same idea, creating experiences that feel personal, intentional, and tailored to each client.As a French trained chef, my approach blends global influence with a strong Southern foundation rooted in New Orleans flavor. I draw inspiration from a wide range of cuisines and bring them together in a way that feels natural and refined. If there’s a vision, I can bring it to life.Inspired by my grandmother, who cooked in homes and schools and brought people together through her meals, I carry that same intention into Amaris Catering, creating food that looks beautiful, is full of flavor, and leaves a lasting impression.
